TOLEDO -- The sale of the famous Tony Packo's restaurant chain has been put on hold, one day after the founder's grandson was charged with stealing from the company.
A Lucas County judge Thursday said he'll decide soon on whether or not to finalize a deal transferring ownership to a private restaurant group.
Wednesday, we told you how Tony Packo, III along with the company's controller were indicted on charges they stole more than $100,000 from the hot dog diner.
It's unclear when they judge will make his ruling.
