TOLEDO -- Viewer tips last week helped take an accused murderer, Martrece Dobson, off the streets. U.S. Marshal Rodney Hartzell of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force wants to see the same results this week in bringing Lamont Taylor to justice.
Taylor is a dangerous man wanted for assaulting his girlfriend.
According to Marshal Hartzell, Taylor and his girlfriend recently got into a fight. That fight turned violent and Taylor head butted his girlfriend, knocking her unconscious. While she lay defenseless, Taylor added to her injuries by stabbing her in the abdomen.
He is also wanted on a warrant for trafficking in mairjuana.
"You're gutless, Lamont!" said Hartzell. "Let's get this gutless person off the streets. This is the kind of person we look for."
If you know where Taylor can be found, contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED. The task force is willing to lay out a cash reward for information leading the capture and prosecution of Lamont Taylor.
