The new ramp from eastbound I-475 to Promedica Parkway is opening up today.

TOLEDO -- The new ramp from eastbound I-475 to Promedica Parkway is opening up today.

At 6 a.m., the ramp from eastbound I-475 to Central Avenue, which is exit 19, will close permanently.

The ramp from Douglas Road to eastbound I-475 will also open today.
