TOLEDO -- A Toledo judge has sentenced a 22-year-old man to 17 months in prison for stealing a cop car and then assaulting a police officer.

Kent Crozier was also ordered to serve 5 years of probation.

Crozier admitted to taking the marked police cruiser parked at the El Camino Real Restaurant on West Sylvania Avenue on August 23.

He later head butted an officer while he was being arrested.,
