TOLEDO -- Foul play could be a factor in the disappearance of a Toledo man who has not been seen for two weeks.

64-year-old James Wines was reported missing on Nov. 4 after he didn't pick up his ex-wife.

When police checked Hines' apartment there were no signs of a disturbance but when they checked his car in the apartment parking lot the key was still in the driver side door and a newspaper from Nov. 1 was inside.

Police say Wines has no history of mental problems and has not gone missing before.
