OAK HARBOR -- It looks like Davis-Besse will not be starting back up any time soon.  Federal Regulators say they will not allow the Oak Harbor nuclear reactor to reopen until they learn more about cracks in the concrete at the plant.

First Energy plans to patch the cracks soon but the feds still won't allow the plant to re-start.

Davis-Besse has been shutdown since the first part of October while crews install a new 82 ton reactor head.

Soon afterward, crews discovered a 30-foot hairline crack in the outer wall.
