MOUNTOURSVILLE, PA -- A Pennsylvania woman is accused of having sex with a prison work release inmate on a city bus while another work release inmate watched the woman's infant daughter. This all took place one Friday afternoon in late August.

According to the police report, 24 year old Amanda Confer was riding a bus through Montoursville when Randell Peterson and Joshua Schill boarded it.  The men were part of a work release program with the county jail in which inmates are allowed to come and go from the jail at specific times.

Investigators say they were all sitting near the back of the bus when Confer and Peterson moved closer to each other.  They say at that time Confer gave her infant daughter to Schill to watch while the pair hugged and kissed.

Police say the displays of affection quickly turned sexual in nature.  According to the police report, "After a couple minutes of oral sex, Confer lowered her underwear, sat on Peterson's lap and the pair proceeded to have sex."

After the tryst, Peterson and Schill exited the bus and Confer along with her daughter proceeded to their destination.   The duo was busted after authorities saw them having sex on the bus' surveillance camera.  When they were brought in for questioning in late September, both Confer and Peterson admitted they had sex on the bus.

They are both facing charges of conspiracy, indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
