HARRISON TWP., MICH -- Detroit area police say a mother was more than four times over the legal limit when she crashed her SUV with her two young daughters inside.
Investigators say on Sunday 33 year old Wendy Trongo drove her vehicle off the road and into a ditch. When cops arrived Trongo was still behind the wheel and the engine was running.
Her daughters, ages 1 and 3, were in the backseat. No one was hurt.
Trongo blew a .33, four times above the legal limit.
Her daughters are now with their father and she's in jail.
