TOLEDO -- Toledo police need your help to find this man.

23 year old Martrece Dobson is wanted in connection to the shooting death of a man who was attending a vigil for another murder victim over the weekend  Police believe dobson shot and killed 25 year old Justin Smith Sunday night in Central Toledo.

Smith and others had gathered to remember 21 year old Deandre Green who was killed a year ago.  Dobson is believed to be driving a light turquoise Chrysler mini-van with Florida plates.
