87-year-old Leo Sharp was pulled over by a Michigan State Trooper Friday in Washtenaw County after making an improper lane change.

Troopers seized 104 bricks, 228 pounds, of a white powder substance that tested positive for cocaine.  He was charged Sunday in a federal criminal complaint with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine.

Sharp appeared Monday in court and claimed he was forced by gunpoint to deliver the drugs. U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark Randon ordered that he be released on bond. Sharp has no prior criminal record.
