A former Ohio State and NFL quarterback is expected in federal court Friday as part of a deal worked out by state and federal officials. 51-year-old Art Schlichter is being charged with his involvement in a million-dollar sports ticket-fraud scheme. Schlichter faces charges of bank and wire fraud and filing a false tax return and has indicated he'll plead guilty to those charges.

Schlichter pleaded guilty Thursday in state court to 12 counts of theft and one count of corrupt activity and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He also was ordered to pay more than $800,000 in restitution money.

No date for Schlichter's plea in federal court has been set.
