TOLEDO -- A man wanted for murder surrendered to Toledo Police Monday morning.

20-year -old Byron Mitchell is accused of gunning down 40-year-old Eric Daniels on July 3, 2011.

Daniels was shot in the back at an impromptu car show at Monroe Street and North Detroit Avenue.

He was taken to Saint V's where he died on July 5, 2011.

There have been 37 shootings since June 1, 2011 and 10 since July 1, 2011.
