WAUSEON, OH -- Former Fugitive of the Week Kevin L. Martin will soon be headed to prison after a Fulton County jury of four men and eight women found him guilty on two counts of promoting prostitution. The charges are both fourth degree felonies.

The jury deliberated for approximately two hours before returning the verdict.

Martin was featured in WNWO's April 12 broadcast as wanted for recruiting women and forcing them to work as prostitutes at migrant worker camps in Lucas and Fulton counties.

Martin remains incarcerated at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio. Fulton County Common Pleas Court Judge James Barber deferred sentencing and ordered a presentence investigation report.
