After several decades, a long standing summer time tradition is taking a hiatus. The annual "Music Under The Stars" at the Toledo Zoo amphitheatre will not take place this year. It is because long time director, Sam Szor is dealing with health concerns. Szor has organized the show for the past 58 seasons.
"Music Under The Stars featured the Toledo Symphony performing free music on Sunday nights. Declining attendance also played a factor in the decision. Some 2 million people have attended the concerts over the years.
