TOLEDO, Ohio  - A bank is moving to foreclose on the homes of a co-owner of popular Toledo hot dog restaurants made famous by the 1970s television series "M.A.S.H."

The Blade reports Fifth Third Bank is trying to collect on loans Tony Packo's Inc. defaulted on last year, and began the action Friday against two Toledo homes owned by chief operating officer Robin Horvath.

Attorneys for Horvath and the bank declined to comment to the newspaper.

Tony Packo's operates restaurants in Toledo and Sylvania, also with locations inside area Anderson's General Stores, and sells hot dogs and condiments nationwide. The dogs were mentioned on "M.A.S.H" by the character played by Toledo native Jamie Farr.

The Blade reports Fifth Third has not started foreclosure proceedings against Tony Packo's president Tony Packo Jr., another co-owner. His attorney says that's because he lives in Michigan.
