CINCINNATI (AP) -- A former professional wrestler with the virus that causes AIDS has been indicted  In Ohio on more charges of having sex with women and not telling them he is HIV-positive.

A grand jury in Cincinnati on Wednesday indicted 29-year-old Andre Davis on eight felonious assault charges. The Cincinnati man was indicted last month on seven felonious assault counts accusing him of having sex with four women without telling them his HIV status.

Ohio law says people who know they are infected with HIV must disclose that to potential partners before engaging in sexual conduct.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports Davis has used stage names including "Gangsta of Love."

Davis' attorney did not immediately return calls. He could be sentenced to up to 120 years in prison if convicted on all counts
