PERRYSBURG, OH (AP) -- Embattled former Toledo radio host Andrew Z is facing new charges.

Andrew Zepeda may be all smiles in his mug shot taken in the Wood County Jail but he's accused of serious crimes in Defiance.

Perrysburg police arrested Zepeda at his home Thursday after he failed to appear in Defiance court on tax evasion charges. He posted bond.

Earlier this year, the former KISS-FM morning show host entered a diversion program after being charged in connection with a break in at his now defunct Perrysburg pizzeria.
