TOLEDO, OH -- Toledo police arrested 22-year-old Travis Jones Monday evening and charged him with the murder of 45-year-old Scott Fitzgerald Harris.
Officers caught up with Jones around 8:00 p.m. at 525 North Erie.
Two children found Harris's dead body in an alley in the 800 block of Stillman early Monday morning. They continued to school and reported finding the body to a teacher.
Police say the death happened sometime overnight. They have not yet released the cause of death or a possible motive.
