TOLEDO, OH -- Toledo Mayor Mike Bell is planning to sign a Memorandum of Understanding or MOU Tuesday to move forward on the sale of The Docks.

The City of Toledo says the MOU is not a solid offer for purchase but indicates the Dashing Pacific Group of China is interested in purchasing and developing the riverfront district.

Toledo City Council will consider and perhaps even vote on the sale Tuesday.
