ADRIAN, MI -- The Morenci, Mich. father charged in the disappearance of his three sons waived his right to be in court for his arraignment Wednesday, but a plea was entered for him.

John Skelton was not present in Lenawee County Court for Wednesday's hearing. He is facing parental kidnapping charges after his three sons disappeared on Thanksgiving Day.  A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf, and a pre-trial date set for Feb. 8, 2011.

Andrew, Alexander and Tanner Skelton were last seen in their father's backyard on Nov. 25, 2010. Skelton told a court, during a Dec. hearing, that he gave his sons to an organization. He refused to identify the person or group.

A massive search conducted over two weeks turned up nothing.

If you have any information call the Morenci Police Department tip line at 517-458-7104.
