TOLEDO -- The legal troubles for former Toledo radio morning show host Andrew Zepeda continue to mount.

Westfield Franklin Park Mall has filed a civil suit against Zepeda. The mall claims the fired Kiss FM DJ violated a lease agreement he signed in August. The lawsuit says Andrew Z owes more than $9,000 in rent and late fees.

This is just the latest in a string of court battles for Zepeda.

He and two others are facing felony charges in connection with a burglary at his former Perrysburg pizzeria. Zepeda has asked the court for permission to enter into an alcohol-diversion program in hopes of coming out of this with a clean record.  The judge has not yet ruled on the request.
