TOLEDO, OHIO -- The latest Fugitive of the Week is wanted for murdering a Toledo man on Sunday in the central city, but US Marshal's say it's not the first time he has killed.
Authorities say John Winfield, 29, killed a man Sunday night at a party in Central Toledo. They don't know the circumstances surrounding the homicide, but they are certain Winfield committed the crime.
Winfield is known to live in Toledo, but also has ties to Detroit and Flint, Michigan. He is considered to be armed and dangerous with an extensive criminal history. He had been charged with a previous homicide, however that was dropped to a lesser charge.
John Winfield is a 29-year-old black male, 5'10" tall and weighing 180 lbs. If you know where he is hiding you are asked to call 1-866-4-WANTED. Your tip can remain anonymous and it may lead to a significant cash reward.
