MAUMEE, OH -- After less than a year and a half on the job, Dana's CEO is stepping down.

James Sweetnam, 57, came to the Maumee based auto-parts supplier in July 2009. Dana says Sweetnam resigned after a mutual agreement with the company's board of directors.

The company's executive chairman, John Devine, has been appointed again as the interim CEO.

This will be the third time Devine has held that position since Dana emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in January, 2008.
