Univ. of Toledo, union employees reach tentative deal

TOLEDO -- A tentative agreement has been reached between the University of Toledo and union employees on its Health Science campus.

On Wednesday, AFSCME Ohio Council 8 and Local 2415 and UT announced they reached a possible agreement in negotiatons. The details are unclear right now.

Union members will vote Friday on the agreement and the Board of Trustees will discuss it on Monday.

If approved, this would end the negotiations that have been going on since July 2009.
