TOLEDO, OH -- Last January, Cynthia Anderson didn't stop for a stopped school bus and it cost 15-year-old Morgan Duris her life. A judge sentenced her to three years of community control and suspended her driving privileges for ten years Friday.

Anderson pleaded no contest to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide on Sept.24. In exchange for the no contest plea, the prosecution agreed to forego jail time for Anderson.

On January 21, 2010, Anderson was westbound on Erie Street in Sylvania, on her way to work, when Duris, a Sylvania Northview High School sophomore, attempted to cross the street to board a school bus. Anderson's vehicle hit Duris, killing her. It was later determined that Anderson was traveling at least 50 miles per hour in the 35 mile per hour zone.

Besides the three years of probation and suspension of driving privileges, Anderson will have to perform 200 hours of community service.
