TOLEDO, OH -- Toledo Police have identified the two teenagers shot in front of a Toledo high school Tuesday night.

18-year-old Eric Saunders and 16-year-old Dorian Belcher were riding double on a bike along Cherry Street when they say a tan, 4-door vehicle approached them and the black males inside started shooting at them. The teens could not identify their shooters.

Saunders was hit in the abdomen and Belcher was shot in the knee. Both injuries were described as non-life threatening.

The shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. near Central Catholic High School.  Emergency responders found them lying on the ground injured.  Both were taken to nearby Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center.

Witnesses say the shooting was gang-related but Toledo Police would not comment on that assertion.

If you have any information regarding the incident you are asked to call Toledo Police Crime Stopper at 419-255-1111.
