TOLEDO, OHIO -- U.S. Marshal and NBC24 are nearing 200 captures in the Fugitive of the Week series, and this week authorities are looking for two more.
Joseph Elam, 27, has a problem with anger management and Marshals want him off the streets due to his long criminal history. On Jul. 25, Elam attacked his sister's husband with a bat, striking him in the head and knees before fleeing. Marshals were waiting at a area hospital when Elam's child was born, but the suspect never showed up.
Elam stands 5'9" tall and weighs 160 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
U.S. Marshals in Toledo say their number one fugitive is Nathan Gray. According to authorities, the 40-year-old has sex with minors from Dec. 2006 through Dec. 2008 and he is now at large. Marshals say they will charge anyone who aids Gray.
Gray is 6' tall and weighs 140 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
