TOLEDO -- U.S. Marshals say the latest Fugitive of the Week is wanted for one of Toledo's most recent homicides.

According to authorities, Terrance Pernell, 27, is a dangerous man. He is wanted for shooting and killing a man at a Central Toledo bar.

Witnesses have identified Pernell as the man who shot and killed Ryland Allen Garrett, 28, outside Club 101 on June 27th. They say Garrett was helping a friend when a fight broke out at the bar.

Authorities believe Pernell is still in town.

Terrance Pernell is a black male, 6'tall, and weighs 245lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
