TOLEDO, OHIO -- If you bank at Fifth Third, you will soon have just a little more time to get to your cash.  The banking institution has announced that a number of Fifth Third Bank branches in Toledo and surrounding areas will extend hours of operation beginning Monday, May 3.

32 bank locations across Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan will be open from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, starting May 3.  The extra hour of banking daily will offer customers more convenience, according to the bank.

"We understand the importance of convenience when it comes to choosing and interacting with your bank," said Kathy Jumper, Senior Vice President and Retail Executive for the Northwestern Ohio affiliate. "We already rate as the most convenient bank in terms of number of hours open given the convenience of our seven Bank Mart locations inside select Kroger stores. Bank Mart locations offer full-service banking options seven days a week. Still, our consumer and small business customers are busier than ever and we are pleased to extend the hours at our traditional branch locations into the evening and on the Saturday to better serve their needs."
