TOLEDO, OHIO -- Toledo Police have charged an 18-year-old in the shooting death of a Toledo man early Wednesday morning.

Jonathan Jackson is now in the custody of Toledo Police as he awaits booking into the Lucas County Jail.  Police say he shot and killed Donald Corrigan, 20, outside the Arlington Arms Apartment complex in South Toledo around 2:00 a.m. Wednesday.  The men were attending a party inside the complex when a fight broke out and spilled out into the street, according to authorities.

Corrigan apparently walked half a block before collapsing. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jackson has been charged with one count of Murder.  Police have not said if the suspect had a motive in the crime.
