BLUFFTON, OH -- The Ohio Supreme Court has been asked to get involved in a lawsuit filed by the families of the Bluffton University baseball players killed in a 2007 bus crash.

They want the charter bus company and the driver of the bus to be covered under the university's insurance policy.

The decision would play a role in any future individual claims.

Five players, the bus driver and his wife were killed when the bus plunged off an Atlanta overpass.
