Wednesday is the final pre-trial for the former Clyde-Green Springs Superintendent accused of taking more than 300-thousand dollars. 

Todd Helms is accused of creating fake invoices for non-existent companies. 

He then took the money paid to those companies and deposited it into his personal account. 

Helms is also accused of asking school boosters make donations to fake grant matching programs then keeping the donations for himself.
