Developmentally disabled woman has been missing for weeks

TOLEDO -- It has been three weeks since a disabled North Toledo woman went missing and there is still no sign of Cindy Sumner.

Sumner was last seen August 6th while riding her bike in Jamie Farr Park.

There have been several unconfirmed sightings of her in East Toledo.
