Man accused of killing uncle goes on trial

The Toledo man accused of murdering his elderly uncle goes on trial Monday. 42-year old Robert Parker is accused of stabbing 74-year old Donald Lee to death.

This happened back in January at the Albertus Brown Housing Complex on Belmont Avenue. Parker is also accused of setting the house of fire in an attempt to cover up his crime.

According to police, Parker confessed to the killing and setting the blaze.
