Tuesday is the 21st birthday of a developmentally disabled Toledo woman that's been missing since last week.  On Monday night the family of Cindy Sumner continued their search.  They say Cindy was spotted several times over the weekend in east Toledo.  Mayor Carty Finkbeiner came out to lend support to the family.  They all hope Cindy returns today so they can celebrate her birthday.

Cindy Sumner is 5 feet four inches tall and weighs about 120-pounds.  She has brown hair and hazel eyes.  If you know anything about this case call CrimeStopper at 419-255-1111.

The family has issued another news conference for Tuesday at 11 a.m. St. Louis Church.  The church is located at 6th and Euclid.
