BOWLING GREEN, OHIO -- A Wood County couple has been indicted on charges that they raped a four-year-old girl.
Jason Harle, 28, and Alison Harle, 26, were arraigned in a Wood County court Monday for sexual offenses involving the girl. They are alleged to have engaged in inappropriate touching as well as sexual conduct with the girl between May 1 and Nov. 1, 2008.
Alison Harle faces two counts of gross sexual imposition and rape.
Jason Harle has also been charged with rape with a specification due to the age of the victim. He was also indicted in Jan. 2009 for gross sexual imposition involving the same victim.
Both of the accused are listed as living at the same apartment on Napoleon Road in Bowling Green. Each faces up to life in prison if convicted.
