State Highway Patrol looking for escapee in Bryan

BRYAN, OHIO -- The Ohio State Highway Patrol is on the look out for Lucas P. Manley, after he escaped arrest in Bryan, Ohio early Sunday morning.

Manley, 25, escaped from a marked patrol cruiser, still handcuffed, while an administrative inventory of his car was being completed. He was being placed under arrest for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

The incident occurred at the intersection of Mulberry and Main Streets. Local agencies searched the area for Manley but were unsuccessful. The suspect still remains at-large.

Any person with knowledge of the suspect’s location is urged to contact the Defiance State Highway Patrol Post at 419-784-0063 or 419-784-1025.
