Noe argues his appeal in Toledo courtroom

TOLEDO, OHIO -- Former Republican fundraiser, Tom Noe, is seeking an appeal after being convicted of stealing millions from Ohio's rare coin collection.

Noe was convicted in 2006. His attorneys say he did not get a fair trial because of media attention.

The appeal is being heard Tuesday in a Toledo courtroom.

Noe is currently serving an 18-year sentence in state prison.
