TOLEDO, OHIO -- A Central Toledo man has been arraigned on a murder charge after a man's body was found inside his burning apartment Sunday morning.

Robert Parker, 42, confessed to stabbing Donald Lee, 74, multiple times before setting fire to Lee's residence.
