At least 18 children in the Sandusky County community of Clyde have been diagnosed in recent years

CLYDE, OH (AP) -- A new Web page aims to keep residents updated on the investigation into an Ohio town's cluster of child cancer cases.

At least 18 children in the Sandusky County community of Clyde have been diagnosed in recent years.

Spokeswoman Dina Pierce with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency says the page launched Wednesday will provide easy access to the very latest information from the EPA and the Ohio Department of Health.

The Web address now features background material on the investigation, along with contact information for officials leading the probe. Pierce says results of air and water monitoring will be posted after those tests begin this month.

Studies to date have reached no conclusions on why so many childhood cancer cases in the area.
