Gov. Kasich gears up for State of the State address

Ohio Gov. John Kasich takes his annual State of the State address to Lima on Tuesday.

LIMA -- Ohio Gov. John Kasich takes his annual State of the State address to Lima on Tuesday.

Kasich has scheduled the speech to follow his major budget, tax reform and school funding proposals--as well as plans to expand Medicaid and highway improvement.

This address marks the second consecutive year Kasich has taken the speech outside Columbus.
