Most polls show Americans dislike Congress as a whole, but like their own representatives in Washington.
Not anymore, according to a CNN/ORC International poll released this week.
Forty-one percent of Americans responded saying the member in their U.S. House of Representatives district deserves to be re-elected. This is the first time ever in CNN polling that the number has dropped below 50 percent, the network reported.
