Toledo woman missing for more than a week

Toledo Police have stepped-up the search for a missing disabled Toledo woman. Cindy Sumner was last seen riding her bike in north Toledo more than a week ago. The 21-year old suffers from muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis and learning disabilities.

There have been several alleged sightings of Cindy on the east side of town but so far she has not been found.
