The woman who struck and killed a Sylvania high school student as she attempted to board a school bus will not have her driving privileges restored. Judge Frederick McDonald ruled Friday on a motion filed by Cynthia Anderson, 67 of Toledo, requesting to be allowed to drive for her job as a home health aide.
