Tuesday, February 26, 2013  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 10am Tuesday thru 6pm Wednesday.  A quick round of snow, freezing rain and sleet at mid-day will transition to a cold rain by mid afternoon as highs climb into the mid 30's with winds gusting out of the east and off a frozen Lake Erie.  Wet & Brrr.....
