UPDATE: One westbound lane of the Ohio Turnpike has been reopened following a multi-vehicle crash at mile marker 32 near Wauseon Thursday morning. Drivers can detour the crash at the Wauseon exit.
ORIGINAL: The westbound lanes of the Ohio Turnpike are closed between I-80 and mile marker 32 near Wauseon due to a multi-vehicle crash.
Just after 10:30 a.m., at least two commercial vehicles crashed near mile marker 32. According to dispatchers, the Turnpike was shutdown for air ambulances to land and transport the victims. The number of people injured in the crash has not been released.
Drivers can detour at the Wauseon exit.
