McNamara to run for Mayor / WNWO Newsfile

TOLEDO -- Toledo City Council President Joe McNamara has scheduled a news conference Tuesday morning to announce his run to challenge Mayor Mike Bell for the top seat in Toledo government.

McNamara will make the announcement at 10 a.m. at Toledo's Fire Station 3, located at 701 Bush Street.
