TOLEDO -- A vehicle pursuit between Ohio State Highway Patrol and a Toledo man ends with shots fired.

The pursuit started early Sunday morning at 12:46 am after troopers tried to pull over a vehicle for reckless driving on Holland - Sylvania near South Avenue.

That's when 43 year old Byron Hageman of Toledo sped off. The pursuit ended at a residence on Lincoln Green, when Hageman rammed his truck into a police car.

Police fired shots at the man and later arrested him.

Hageman is behind bars at the Lucas County Justice Center facing multiple charges.
