Four men are behind bars in connection to the robbery-turned-fatal shooting of a Toledo gym owner last year, but the last suspect remains on the run.

U.S. Marshals have added 19-year-old Deitrekk Boone to their "Dangerous Dozen" list and are asking the public for tips on his whereabouts. Boone faces charges of aggravated murder and aggravated robbery in the shooting death of 57-year-old Joe Lengel.

On Nov. 11, Lengel was found shot outside Intensity CrossFit Gym, located on Warehouse Road in south Toledo. Authorities believe the shooting stemmed from a botched robbery attempt.

Jason Kuhns, 31, and Devonte Harris, 19, have been charged with aggravated robbery and aggravated murder.  Matthew Managhan, 34, and Chad Brown, 35, were charged with aggravated robbery because of their alleged involvement in planning the robbery.

Police say Boone should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should contact 1-866-4WANTED or  Crimestoppers at 419-255-1111.
