MONROE COUNTY -- A Toledo man was killed early Saturday in what Monroe County authorities suspect was a robbery attempt at a mobile home park off Lewis Avenue.
Authorities were called to the Inverness Too Mobile Home Park in Temperance around 5:30 a.m. for a report of shots fired. When they arrived, the victim was found in the roadway suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office would not confirm the victim's or the suspect's identities, but said both would be officially released after the suspect appeared before a judge.
